Felix Taste is the food & beverage brand of Felix Hotels, with a strong focus on quality dining and artisanal production.
It was born in Arzachena, where the signature Ristorante Parco degli Ulivi, the pastry kitchen, and the central production lab are located.
Felix Taste manages a wide range of restaurants, bistros, and cocktail bars across the group’s properties and destinations, including:
– Felix Rooftop and Felix Bistrot & Pasticceria in Olbia
– Felix Bistrot, Cocktail & Bar in Porto San Paolo
– Felix Bistrot & Pizza and Felix Taste Cocktail & Bar at Costa Serena, near Palau
– La Coluccia Beach on the Conca Verde beach, near Santa Teresa Gallura
The Felix Taste pastry kitchen is dedicated to the production of cakes, desserts, and traditional Sardinian sweets, including signature collections for Christmas and Easter. Its artisanal creations are served throughout the Felix Hotels, from breakfast to dessert service.
The brand’s visual identity recalls the exterior colors of Hotel Felix Olbia, echoing the threads of a traditional Sardinian handwoven carpet — a symbol of authenticity, harmony, and craftsmanship.
