With Felix Taste, the Group pays particular attention to the excellent catering it takes care of through two restaurants in Olbia: the Felix Rooftop and the Felix Bistrot & Pastry shop.
The Felix Taste pastry shop is dedicated to the production of cakes, desserts, typical sweets for events annual celebrations of Christmas and Easter and supplies its handicraft products to the hotels of the Group for delight guests at breakfast and dessert time.

The colors of the brand recall the exteriors of the Hotel Felix Olbia, like the threads that make up the colored textures of a Sardinian handcrafted carpet.

The team

Hospitality, service, excellent cuisine, event organization. The Felix Taste team encompasses all the professionalism and experience to guarantee top service. The executive chef and his brigades, together with the pastry chef and his collaborators, as well as all the highly qualified dining room staff, have decades of experience in all the most important kitchens in the world.
Felix Taste is also catering and event organization: from business lunches to ceremonies and parties for the most important moments in life.


The Felix Hotels group is a company specialized in hotel management born in 2020.
It includes both owned and managed hotels and is proposed as a new point of reference in the panorama of hospitality of the destination Sardinia.
It manages eight structures, hotels and residences, in prestigious tourist locations in Sardinia: Hotel La Coluccia (Santa Teresa), Country Resort & Restaurant Parco degli Ulivi (Arzachena), Hotel Airone (Baja Sardinia), Felix Hotel Olbia (Olbia), Hotel Residence Porto San Paolo (Loiri Porto San Paolo), Residence Hotel Grandi Magazzini (Nuoro), Hotel Galanias in (Bari Sardo) and Hotel La Baja (Santa Caterina di Pittinuri).
